Snow Valley Resorts Shimla

Beautiful hotel right at the top with perfect view of the valley. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and pretty clean. One should take buffet service here as the food out here is delicious. These guys are very helpful - Narendra Thakur, Anshul Sharma, Neeraj Sharma

Every thing was good Room was good Staff was great Food was great and extra ordinary Staff guided very well specially housekeeping staff ankush was great .rooms were upto mark Location was quite far but good view.easily asseciable Staff like Ritesh , Their manager Jitender and pandu rang were ultimate

Stay was really comfortable best was food and guys attitude .Our stay was for one night but guys suggested to saty in their property at manali .After experience of such wonderful service we can't say no. We will surely come back and recommend all to stay at this property Jitender sir and Ritesh was proper help for us.

Booked this hotel directly after contacting the hotel. After bargaining they gave good discount for 2 Delux rooms with breakfast. Mr Jamwal of reception was very prompt in dealing before booking but after paying 50% advance, it took much follow up to get confirmation. Anyway after reaching the hotel, immediately had to pay the full amount. Hotel location is actually out of Shimla. 5 km before Shimla mall. Rail station is about 4 km. Considering the traffic jam, this should be kept in mind before booking. Parking area at reception level is small, only 3 cars can stay. Little above at main road level another 10 cars can be parked though about 72 rooms are there. There is no facilities for the drivers. Even toilets are also not available for them. Hotel reception said due to Covid19, not keeping this facilities. This seems weak argument & not acceptable. A taxi stand is close by. Rs 250/- for pick up & Rs.250/- for drop for Mall. Common areas in hotel not spacious except dinning area. It has kids play area, Table tennis board & other facilities. Best thing of this hotel is housekeeping. They are keeping everything neat & clean. Whenever there is any requirement like electric kettle or hair dryer or drinking water, tea/ coffee pouch, immediately they are providing. Daily room cleaning is also done. Dinning place is sufficiently spacious. Additional terrace is also there for open air eating with Shimla views. Views from all rooms are good. No AC problem. Buffet breakfast was reasonably good & had varieties. Staffs are well behaved particularly Mr Vicky from Dharamsala. Always performing with speed & smile. All other staffs both male & female are very courteous. Hotel lifts are very good & smooth. One service lift is also there. Billing process is very fast., The hotel has good demand among tourists & many company groups.

Shimla is a place for scenic beauty, fun & activities for kids and the pleasure of drive thru mountains. It was a comfortable stay at Snow Valley Resorts for 2 nights for us. It is one of the ideal Resorts when it comes to ease of drive to Mall road ~ 4 km (10-15 min), as we had the comfort of our own cab), parking was available at the resort though the cab driver had to manage food and bath (available nearby). One can get food, chemist, groceries shops and car service nearby so no issues for the same. We were practically outside for full day (Day 1 covered Jakku temple and Mall road while Day 2 was at Kufri Fun World) and enjoyed the buffet at night (reasonable prices) with the open ambience at the restaurant which was a luxurious feeling (with bonfire). Outside drinks were allowed subject to hotel permission. A 3 star rating justifies its facilities while service is superior than other hotels. Staff was polite & supportive. Kids enjoyed the activities available at play area vide table tennis and other indoor games. Executive room is one of the spacious they have & gives a decent mountain view. The food was tasty and manager was supportive. We could not test the fitness room but overall it is a decent property to stay. Area of improvement includes cleanliness outside of restaurant especially during breakfast time. Thank you for the hospitality.
