I booked this hotel for my parents on 1st Feb & 2nd Feb. This hotel is slightly outside of Shimla, you should book only when there is a less chance of snowfall. View from hotel is just fantastic. Hotel staff is very cooperative.

Stayed in a suite room which was spacious enough to acommodate a family of 4. Food was really good and served with lot of care. Suresh kumar is the dining hall manager who takes personal care of each and every guest. Pankaj manages the reception and room service very efficiently with his team. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Infact they are cleaned only once the guests leave. This is an improvement area. Location wise it is very nice and good choice for those who prefer quiteness in the lap of nature.

Don't choose this type of old designed hotel..not at all clean and hygienic.. very dirty bathroom..food quality is cheap and worst..no taste at all..got sick after eating . everytime noisy peoples around. one can easily hear the voice inside the room from alliway..washroom ventilation window is on common alliway side.rotten smell coming everytime whenever u are passing from alliway. Overall very unexpected and uncomfortable stay I faced..worst experience.hardly advise not to book this hotel.
