Hotel City Point

City Point is a very good option for short stay in shirdi. It's mainly advantageos for the reason of location. Hotel Property ============ It's a chain of hotels very similar in look with different names as the entire property is owned by a family based in Shirdi. City Point is one of them. The property is comparatively new and has good number of rooms. The location is superb just opposite to the main temple gate. Rooms ====== Rooms are of a good size and nicely maintained but we trevlled during rainy season and hence could sense the smell of dampness in the room and hence got it changed but the result was same but it was manageable. The room contained a sofa cum bed and a main bed. Mattress was good and hence the good sleep quality. Bathroom was neat and clean but feel need a little maintenance. Staff ==== Staff was very supportive and assisted in need of requirement.

We visited shirdi for day and took room at this hotel. It is well situated place in Shirdi Temple so you won't have to walk much. It was opposite to Gate 5 and 1. Room does have TV however it doesn't have channels apart from Free channels means you don't have anything on TV. Room was spacious however not well maintained. We have requested to change bed sheets and all for sleeping. I ordered Tea in morning however it was beyond average in taste !!!

it was my 4 year to travel in shirdi . I always come to stay in this hotel . but this time they gave us pathetic service very very dispointed . do not stay in this hotel again & never come to this hotel . no detal kit . no proper towel given to us was all thread coming out from side . man on the reciption in black blazer not even brought about what is wrong in our room . but they gave us was horrible u can see the picture . There no soap to take bath . the amenities were kept no hot water crafe kept to make boiling water for coffee and tea . I'm writing this review bcz even one thing in the room was not properly set blood we had paid money for it . none of the senior came and meet us . very very bad service hotel staff .. if any audit happen in this hotel they will not even get 1 star for this kind of service.

The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are unclean. The staff is very rude and non cooperative. They expect you to eat and drink on their terms. They expect payments in cash. Manager refuses to talk to customers.

Let me break it down and summarise them . 1.Terrible state of the room 2.No wifi except in the lobby 3.Horrible Food 4.Terrible Service Please , if you have a choice choose anything other than this...
