Hotel Bhagyalaxmi is pretty good hotel. We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel staff welcomed us and the check in process was quick The room had a tea/coffee maker. The room also had a small round table. The bed was comfortable. The washroom was clean. We had a great stay at the hotel

We are regular guests of the hotel and this time we happened to stay at the new unit opened just opposite the one existing. Great interiors spacious rooms clean as always. Staff must be complimented for the attention and care they take. Bhagyalaxmi has always had very good staff caring and attentive. Very safe hotel . Food has been good. The unite has room service and if you wish to have meals or breakfast must go to the other one just opposite as they have no restaurant in the unite which I believe could be a bit of drawback. When in Shirdi this is the place to stay.

Very Close to the temple, decent rooms . The room service was good . We had a comfortable stay. Just one complain -Toilet Sheet are too high to use. The Madhuprabha Dining Hall which is within the hotel premises serves delicious vegetarian tasty food.

The overall stay at hotel was good but needs improvement. We have a stay for 5 nights. The cleanliness was very average, bed-sheets were not very clean and white and quite old. Towel quality was also poor as they look very old. Replenishment of tea/coffee sachets was done with minimal quantity. Would not suggest to use shampoo or lotion from hotel. Breakfast was quite repetitive (same breakfast menu every alternate days). No fruits served in the breakfast and spread was also very limited. Hotel staff was quite prompt in response. A-la-cart ordered for lunch and dinner was good Since hotel is close to Temple (walking distance), you can hear Aarti's from your room.

ALERT.............ALERT............ALERT............ALERT Just thought to share my experienced with this hotel in Shirdi. I used to travel Shirdi to get the Sai baba blessing. This time I chosen Bhagyalaxmi hotel to stay. There is no doubt hotel is near to temple and food is good - appreciated. However. there is poor security by this hotel. I have parked my Car in their reserved parking and security guard was there, while I parked my Car. Next day when I checked out, I found lots of big and deep scratches on my Car. Someone badly draw a flower on my Car, when I complaint to Hotel staff and asked them to check in the CCTV, ,surprisingly I got to knew that there is NO CCTV Camera install in the parking area? really? Yes - Now if your Car is stolen, there is NO Camera to spot that. With my conversation and concern, Hotel GM and Owners came to meet me and trying to proof that My Car was already having those deep scratches (highly disappointed by their attitude). I asked them to check the Hotel Front gate CCTV footage to check my Car condition and unfortunately, Mr. GM said, CCTV is NOT working, even in front of main entrance of Hotel?? Yes - you rightly read - NO CCTV Cameras - NO Safety. They have given me 1000 Rs discount in my total bill with lots of attitude and said we have given the compensation? I denied to take any discount, as just few rs doesn't matter, compared to security. specially when you are staying with your family. I advise all the travelers to please confirm all Security parameters before booking this hotel for your vehicle safety, as well as family safety as precaution.
