Very good & comfortable, luxurious and reasonable price. Food is tasty from cumin curry leaves restaurant service was prompt like family member . staff are friendly, very proactive and remember my preferences dated 7 months back. Will come again and recommend to all.

Smooth check in. Good location walking distance from sai temple, good room with front view, actually this is city heart. Restaurant provides yummy dood. Staff are very friendly and they have travel desk for your convenience. I strongly recommend it for a pleasant stay"

having been to shirdi 3 times this year, I found myself staying in city heart twice returning to this hospitality again and again staff are friendly, very proactive and remembers my preference dated 6 month back premium royal is spacious clean housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive fulfill potential demand for water and towel. hotel just side to bus stand mornings breakfast is very delicious and serve to fresh item . overall experience and the best things is cooperative and very well informed staff. Would recommend the place for the family stay"

We visited shirdi on nov 03 & 04 2019 and we stayed at this hotel once Again.we a family of 5 adults booked 2 rooms directly through the hotel staff mr. PRASAD After checking availability at various sites I called prasad to understand different rooms categories and ended up booking the room immediately thanks to him prompt response to all my queries and giving us reasonable discounts which we couldn't resist. I would 100% recommend this hotel as this was my third stay and trust me even I was contemplating booking a cheaper options close by.but after booking here and staying here again Go ahead and book this hotel without any hesitation Om sai...!!!

I stayed for 1 day. The hotel’s amenities are terrible. The towels are ages old. Restaurant seems partially shut down. Cleanliness was lacking. The only plus point was that it was wall to wall with bus stand & opposite Sai Hospital. Temple is 10 min walk.
