It’s a nice Comfortable hotel which is Value For Money. Handled by team who has experience in 5 star hotels The breakfast is good with a decent spread & they serve with a smile The South Indian chef made an awesome Rava Dosa which was not on the menu. The rooms should have good night or a mosquito repellent. Travel Tip : Would recommend for transit to Sikkim instead of leaving early morning from Sikkim to catch the flight from Bagdodra leave at leisure stay the night there and visit the Bengal Safari

The stand alone hotel exceeds all expectations. The entire experience was wholesome, right from check-in till leaving the property. Lee at reception took out time to help us with our inquisitions regarding the hotel and the city. Very satisfactory breakfast ( vegetarian) as well as helpful and polite staff. The room was properly clean and spacious. Would like to visit again soon.

It was a very pleasent stay in this hotel. Staff behavior, food taste and quality,cleanliness....overall service is just too good...really commendable!!.. we will surely look forward to visit here very soon.

Exceptionally well trained and humble staff ! CLEAN ROOMS, Good food(Pure Veg though), 7star rating for us.. We had a stop at Siliguri, probably the most well maintained Hotel during these Covid times , Thank you to the hotel Management ! Bishal ji provided us very good service at the restaurant, Navneeta ji at the front office was very humble and helpful and always greets you very warmly....If you stay at Siliguri this is the only hotel you should stay at coz the Hospitality u recieve here is at par with Taj hotels. Good luck !! All the best to the owners !!

My visit at silliguri was with my wife. We were unknown to the city and place but the treatment which we received was A 1. Hospitality was too good , hotel is in the heart of the city and the food was awesome. The staff treated us like a family, guided every moment from silliguri to Darjeeling. I suggest everyone to visit this property once because this service you won't get anywhere. The last but not the least I would like to thank front office staff Mr. Lee, Mr. Nima & Ms.Nabanita they made our trip memorable. I would also like to thank Saffron crest owner Kedhar somani and Amit somani for maintaining this property so well and quality service. Thanks saffron crest for this memorable trip.
