The staff at hotel Mount Embassy was incredible. From continuously meeting our requirements, adjusting for our comfort and helping as much as possible with their smiles and polite behaviour, we can say we'll be back for a stay here when in Siliguri.

Very good hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location is great. The Bidhan Market and HongKong Market is at stone’s throw distance. The staff is great and extremely courteous. We are repeating guests at this hotel and we are happy to do that.

Good ambiance, staff are very friendly, Food tastes good. You can also celebrate birthdays, Christmas and new years here . It's located in the heart of the city and it's very easy to go any part of Siliguri from here.

Dismayed to see the roads leading to the Hotel.. All clogged ... inside a market frequented by locals mostly including a non-veg market close by. True, the Hong Kong market close by is in a walkable distance.. That's all. Must have been a good one years back... No parking even for the taxi cab we took. (opens straight to the busy congested street.).. There was only one lady staff who was very accommodative.. but poorly maintained and clumsy rooms and washrooms. (There was a coffee maker, but no coffee powder sugar or even spoons). Breakfast is bought from outside, whose safety we do not know. Not recommended for tourists at all.

Worst Hotel Totally No Maintenance also Manaement not Ready to accept and reply also all posted photos by management are totally very old currently the hotel is not maintained at all ... no restaurant , no working ac , junk bathroom , no tea maker ketli , no staff , the get food from outside , no cleaning ,
