This hotel is known for its service and restaurant.. Though the cost of the room rent is expensive, yiu could feel satisfied by the room service provided and response of the House keeping.. But this time it was bit satisfactory .. Hope the management looks into the issue and clear it..

Room is good. Fairly clean and decent. Toilet and bath are functional. But very small spaces. Hot water is available all the time. AC is good. View of Tirumala hills is an attraction from 3018. Room service is extremely delayed. Lack of staff due to pandemic. Restaurant service ok. Good food. Adequate parking. Libby is huge. Front office staff are courteous. Overall experience is above average.

We stayed at Bhimas during our visit to Tirumala recently. Location is central and is easily accessible. Close to railway stations and sometimes railway noise is audible in the room and that I guess should be a problem for most hotels in the vicinity. Internet was average. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Front office were responsive and friendly. Restaurant was an average experience and needs improvement both in service and options. Not sure if this is due to Covid but service needs improvement although the staff were courteous but service was very slow. Otherwise it is a good hotel for a quick visit.
Lousy service in Restaurant. Would not recommend anyone from now on

Had an atrocious experience when I went for lunch. They said Thali was over. We ordered Ala carte. Took 25 mins to take order. Took another 50 mins to get the first dish. The paneer butter masala was atrocious. Asked manager to taste and he also indicated that it was not cooked. But we were still charged for it. The manager was very rude. He says that it will take 1 hour for 10 rotis and 3 subjis. The Quantity served also was very less compared to other restaurants. Similar experience of other patrons also. I was a great fan of this restaurant. But after this experience Will not recommend anyone to go there

Basic amenities like towels were not available... bedsheets linen had multiple holes... needed to remind them multiple times to get things done... would not recommend anyone to come here for stay as the receptionist also gets irritated if we tell them about deficiencies... basic lack of courtesy....
