It's a pocket friendly hotel. Close to the Railway Station, Govindarajaswamy temple and also bus stand. Well maintained and polite staff. Transport available easily to all the temples and other places of tourist interest,

This is one of the budget hotels to stay in Tirupati which is very near i mean 50Ft from railway station, As I'm saying budget you need to adjust for everything even for food quality. Rooms are just ok. food was priced more and service was great. as it was located side by road, heavy noise.

The Hotel looks very grand from outside, however is very ordinary from inside, rooms are decent, however the air conditioner was very old and looked like conked off. The plus point is the proximity to Tirupati Railway Station.

The hotel is old and the staff is not very good. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's located near the station . It's had market, Atms, food joints etc nearby. Govindswami temple is walking from the temple.

I have stayed in this hotel as I was supposed to take the early morning Kerala express next day going by its proximity to Railway station. One can just jump and land in Railway station premises at one go. The location is advantageous, but not the hotel. I booked a non AC and got a room which is on the side of railway station. That's a nightmare. The room was damn hot when I entered and the only option to reduce to heat is opening windows. But that's pain as opening windows in a room on the side of road will make you frustrated. Nice starts from 3.30 in the morning and gets extended till 11 in the night. Avoid this and I recommend you to sleep on the floor of Srinivasam which of course is far better than this.
