The food at Plantain leaf restaurant is great, the superior room is great, and the room service too had met my expectations. The front desk staff can be little more polite, but that happens with almost all the hotels out there. The checkout process took little more time than expected. And the best thing about this hotel is the travel desk. I had a great experience with Mr. Raghu and driver Natarajan. They helped us to book tickets for Tirumala Darshan on the fly and assisted a lot with the trip. I strongly recommended this hotel, which is also very near to the foot hills of Tirumala.

Nice hotel with great staff.phani k Friends getawayApr 14,2022I visited tirupati this month and stayed in pai viceroy for three days.check in process of smooth ,given early check in by requesting without extra cost.Breakfast was awesome.Good to meet Mr.Madan at breakfast session.He is very knowledgeable and given total details about tirumala darshan..Very good person ,speaking to all the people in restaurant.overall great place to stay.Location is top ..just five minutes drive to alipiri toll gate.
