Breakfast was very good . Masala dosa is tasty, idli sambhar , rest all extremely enjoyed . Service was also great . Thanks to all F&B team for provided us good hospitality The location is also perfect around the city centre

My Experience in the Hotel was Outstanding, The Rooms were very clean with a King Size bed. The View from the Hotel was also great. Staff was very helpful and Nice towards us, also the Food provided by the Hotel was Good.

The hotel is a decent budget hotel. More than the amenities the hotel staff is courteous. I would like to mention about Richa who is a very cordial and warm staff of the hotel. In fact all the staff at the breakfast buffet are really helpful and cordial. Will visit again!

1. At the time of check in had cigarette buds in the room which is supposedly sanitized. 2. Refrigerator was not working and had mould in it. Multiple complaints didnt help fix the issue. 3. No dedicated parking for hotel guests car though they claim free parking. Its open mall parking and one can really struggle during peak hours 4. Pool side area had no towels and they had multiple questions even when asked to provide towels! 5. No positive experience even after multiple interactions with reception help desk to help fix some of these issues. 6. Connecting rooms on 6th floor are not sound proof and we really had a difficult time with very loud next door room making noise and partying. Complaints to reception were not very effective They can certainly do more to upscale their services / maintenance and become more customer centric On the positive side: Good location, Nice big rooms and washrooms
