First of all the location - Omg its literally 10 steps from the Fateh Sagar Lake. Beautiful scenes from the rooms and roof top is like icing on the cake. Really amazing ! The hotel team led by Mr. Hemant is very helpful polite and acceded to all our requests. The hotel is a heritage hotel. It is very beatifully designed with ethnic patterns in rooms, showcases of Mewar history, war attire and weapons etc. The rooftop restaurant is very beautiful throughout the day but especially during nights bcos of the candle light dinners. The Hotel is just 5 mins from the Fateh Sagar market which is on the other side of the lake and is also near to other tourist as well as shopping attractions ! Really loved our stay there. Definitely gonna stay here only whenever i am in Udaipur

Felt like we were staying with friends :) staff was warm and attentive and the food was good. The location is peaceful, right on the lake Fateh sagar. Wished I could have stayed longer than one day, hope to be back soon !

Enjoyed a great stay in this wonderful Hotel. The Hotel is superbly located, Views from the lake facing Rooms are splendid ( Recommend Room no:202 as it has a window seat facing the lake), the food is unbelievably good and the staff are super friendly. Special mention to Mr.Hemanth who made sure we were comfortable and took care of everything. Special thanks to Sonu who works in the Restaurant. He went out of his way to take care of us and even prepared special sweets that my wife requested. Have not seen this kind of Hospitality in all my travels in India. Keep it up guys.. Hope to come back someday... will definitely recommend this place..

Great decor, wonderful service. Nice experience at historic city Panna Vilas at Lake provide value for money & true Rajasthani hospitality experience. Located at City centre & surrounded by many attractions, Panna Vilas is compact butique hotel that can surely attract budget travellers.

The hotel has an amazing staff. Hemant, Tarachand, Kishan made us feel at home. They made sure our stay was good and went beyond the capacity to find us a place when we planned to stay longer. Tarachand guided us to find a stay. This is the essence of hospitality which I guess is fading away. The rooms are neat and clean. They upgraded us to family room considering we had pet. Hot water is seemingly a little problem but l this can be taken care of by the admin. They don't walk the dog but Kishan used to walk my dog everyday upon request. This place is perfect for your fur baby if you are looking for a pet-friendly hotel in Udaipur. The breakfast spread needs improvement. It needs more options, and it has to be well arranged. I will come back to this hotel for staying in a cozy room and because I know that the guests are well taken care of here. 😊
