Wonderful hotel. Experienced super luxury here in those 2 days. Very beautiful room. Amazing ambience. Very good food. Good swimming pool. We stayed here for 2 nights with entire family in the super deluxe room facing pool and we enjoyed a lot. Would recommend this hotel very strongly to everyone.

We had a fantastic time . First of all thank you to Naresh Joshi who made us feel like home. He took care of our small needs too. Me and my mum were not well at all but they served us with best home cooked food and treatment. Thank you for all the welcome and warmth from Samanpreet pushpendra ji Lalu ram. Room view, food , pool, spa, evening music. I have no words to say....but we had best time as family holiday.

It was great experience. property was awesome.we spent good time there.it is nearest place to reached fathesagar lake and city place.staff was so supportive. Live music was awesome at tarrace bar.....

The facade of this property gives you that Royal feel's'. It has an average Spa, average restaurant and an over expensive good for nothing bar (which they call it as rooftop). The other decent thing about this place is that it has an excellent location. The above things make this property a 2 star for me, otherwise it will be just one star. I stayed here in the week of April 2 (2022) for 4 days in their deluxe room. The bedsheets had stain and was smelly, no one during my stay came for house cleaning, the Air Conditioner of the room was very ordinary and wouldn't even cool the room even after 3 hours. Coming to the bedding, they have managed the double bed by joining single beds with separate mattresses, oh those mattresses they were not leveled, and it was horrible to sleep in them. It was after seen all this, I had asked them to please cancel my last day of stay and of course, the hotel property doesn't allow it. I guess, until you're taking the suite in this place, there are far more better options. The lady at the front office was not friendly at all. I am really not sure why this place had been rated 4+, I wouldn't be surprised if a few of those 4 and 5 star rating are bought.
