The hotel is well within city. All attractions are close by. Very prompt and friendly staff. Nice breakfast with many Indian dishes. Nice view of city ( opposite side of Railway station) . No noise . Ideal for family travelers. Ms Kiran ( hotel staff) was very helpful while checking out. The hotel was organized by IRCTC.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Hygiene is followed. specially Thanks to Kiran mam. The receptions being huge area provides good social distancing. Very nice ambience. Nice atmosphere of hotel.Rooms Size is also big.

The property is located right at railway station a two minutes walk Neat and clean rooms with hygiene taken care off The staff are courteous and well behaved The food is good The best part of staying here is it’s locational advantage Nice property

Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Lady receptionist is very rude and unwelcoming. We asked her if we can get someone to pick up our luggage from the car, she said a quick no and smirked when I asked what? But a kind watchman helped us out. The housekeeping staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Location is noisy. Be ready to hear train sounds at right as it is located right next to the railway station and opposite to slums.

The property is just next to the railway station so suitable for those travelling by the same otherwise not a gr8 location. Room size is decent but washroom is very small and in bad shape. It keeps leaking & the flush also doesn’t work properly.Day time Front desk staff is unprofessional n not helpful in imparting info for nearby places.Overall an average stay experience and not a property I would visit again.
