Great experience for hotel viaan room was very good staffed was very good food was A one all our very good experience for hotel viaan.location was only 50mtr to hotel Oberoi very good place tarres hotel was very good view for city.

The stay was pretty comfortable. You can enjoy the night view from the rooftop restaurant. Services were fast. Only one thing I have noticed is that there was no proper place for parking your vehicles.

Stay is good. The property and room are also clean and comfy. Our room is on the 3rd floor and from that room, we can easily enjoy a sunset into the hills of Aravalli and also a beautiful view of Sajjangarh fort. The hotel staff is very cooperative and they try to resolve the smallest of queries. The negative is that they provide normal drinking water in used plastic bottles you can provide normal water in a normal transparent fridge pet bottles as it seems more hygienic. Also please remove mats near the bathroom or clean them with the utmost care(You can provide bathroom floor towels). 4 stars for 2 cons rest all things are good. As a couple we like. Good comfy stay. Nice sunset views from the room. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with great morning and evening views of City palace and lake Pichola. With a cup of wine and a candlelit table, it memorizes more.

Hotel is at a good location, staff behaviour and service was good, breakfast buffet was scrumptious, only issue I faced was that in one of the two rooms we booked, toilet flush tank was not working and room had smell of cigarette smoke when I checked it. I didn't complained about flush tank to staff because we had two rooms and it was managable because we hardly had to stay in the hotel for long time as we were most of the time outside hotel.
