Udaipur is a city of Palaces and Lakes also dotted with wonderful Restaurants, Hotels and BNB 's . One of the good place to stay is the Wanderlust Homestay. It's location is ideal within stone throw distance of the most modern Mall "Celebration." It is in a quite location with no street disturbance or noise. The best thing about this Place is that it is owned by persons who have excellent taste of art, culture and hospitality. The staff is reliable, polite and fast in their service. The rooms are clean, airy and have all the required facilities.The Proprietors have a delectable cuisine both Veg and Non Veg and of course lip smacking Rajasthani food.The rooms are fairly priced and the cost is commensurate with the facilities available in tourist preferred city like Udaipur. I would like to recommend this Home stay...... a Home away from Home

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with 4 couples,3 singles and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the weekend we were in Udaipur Rajasthan.

This place truly takes customer service to a new level, everything was wonderful, genuine Indian hospitality at it's finest. We were very pleased with wanderlust homestay friendly and very help full approach, even down to the details...they even helped with the walking tour and breakfast was just as ordered and on time. Me with my friends 4 nights in the last week of sept month. What a wonderful house. It is quiet and quaint, formal and beautifully decorated with Indian culture. The food was one of the best we've had on our week vacations in rajasthan. The staff was very attentive and professional. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There is nothing lacking here. We would go back again and again. Simply outstanding in every regard. A little on the pricey side but so far we haven't found anything else like it in city. We look forward to staying there again and will come back when in the area. Highly recommend this property when staying in udaipur.
