Ibis Jaipur was a great last minute stay with family members, clean room and all precious needed during COVID 19 situations, awesome food and breakfast in morning. Thank you to the chef for my special noodles at night time.

We had booked a 2 night stay with them. On the day of check-in we had called them in the evening informing we will be checking in late at night and we have a toddler with us so kindly ensure its a smooth & a quick check in. We reached around 1am and on seeing thr room we were shocked. The room was not cleaned, there was dust & hair strands all over the bed, side tables and washroom. The bed sheets & pillow cover had stains on them. The condition of the room was not livable at all. on asking the huy to change the room we were tols there is no other room available. when asked why isn't the room sanatised or cleaned, the guy responded saying i work in the kitchen and they have forced me to be on front desk for the night, i dont know anything neither it is my work. he wanted to change the hotel right away but all hotels refused at this hour of the night.
on speaking to his senior he refused to help or entertain anything saying what can i do and it can be done in the morning. next we spoke to the GM he was again of no help and later just got the bedsheet changed that to for formality. we couldn't sleep the night and checked out first thing kn the morning and took a refund for the 2nd night.
its the worst hotel ever with no hospitality nor the ethics to treat a customer.

The place is weirdly bad. The food's taste is really bad and over that they will give burnt food, food without sides, without salt, and they will top it up with really really bad and rude service. And when you complain to a senior he will start fighting with you.
So, please please save yourself time, money, health and never visit here.
While we were there, their sofa broke down hurting the guests. So, like their service and food, their furniture is also worthless.
The pizza parlour didn't have any pizza, so we asked if they have veg burgers (they menu had only chicken burger). The waiter went to check if they have veg burger, but he never came back. Somehow we got the burger, the burger was absolutely cold, when we complaint about it, they literally burnt the burger. The pasta was really bad, 15 minutes after serving the pasta they got sides of garlic bread, saying that bread took more time.
They don't switch on most of the lights, so the place becomes really shady. Not sure how is it so highly rated.
