Hotel Brahma Niwas By The Lake

Brahma Niwas is a great stay with an awesome lake view. The staff is polite and patient. We stayed in the new wing with room numbers 301 - 305. They all had big windows with a view of the lake. Highly recommended.

We stayed here from 9th oct till 12 oct.....the location of the hotel is just opposite Swaroop Sagar Lake.....the smallest room of the hotel is also bigger then most hotels executive or superior category rooms...the room has view of the lake.....the staff is very co-operative....rooms are neat and clean....the breakfast served by the hotel was wholesome.....special thanks to Bheru Raika who served us well.....the hotel is available at a very cheap rate and one should consider it as a option when visiting Upaidur...you will get the best rates on Treebo website.

The location of the property is really scenic . To watch the sunrise from the roof top is a beautiful experience. The property however is no more a Treebo property Rooms 220,221 and 320 , 321 have the lake view . The rooms are very spacious so are the bathrooms. Room 324 has a 4 poster bed . Room 224 and 324 are huge . The head staff Mr Mahinder Singh and Mr Bhagwaan were extremely helpful . They were very polite and courteous. The food was also quite delicious except the food manager was not really straight so please be careful . The towels were not upto the mark . The carpet in room 222 was really dirty . They did not have a vacuum cleaner to clean it . Over all a great experience with a few improvements needed .

I visited Treebo Brahm Niwas with family and booked 3 rooms with same price. Once we reached we found that all 3 rooms were different and had their own utility and features. One had a big living room with a separate bedroom, other had one big room with a sofa and a bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi and the third one had a big bathroom with amenities suitable for seniors. All the rooms were quite large and above expectations. However, the Jacuzzi wasn’t working which was a bit of a let down but considering the amount we paod for the rooms we didn’t really expect a Jacuzzi in the first place. The rooms were clean, the service was good and staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and they had plenty of options. Special mention for Arjun who catered to all our special food requests happily and was very courteous. Overall a wonderful experience and great value for money.

Went out for a dinner after reviewing their good ratings . At the onset they make us sat comfortably but after few minutes that asked us to change our table by saying that this table has been reserved for someone else . Good that we came out other wise we would have experienced worst services like their attitude . Highly NOT RECOMMENDED .
