I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during the Holi long weekend. The hotel is located withinn walking distance to the Fateh Sagar lake. Pure Veg Breakfast is served in their restaurant. The staff is very hospitable and quick on service. They also ready to serve you options on request which are not available..

When your budget is low for family and want to stay near fatehsagar lake then this is the place for you.hood stay,hood food,swimming pool.it's on walking distance from lake.you can't rate it in stars but best for families in very quite area.

Pathetic service and receptionist Uday singh was rude and when we told him that we will complain in police he said owner is police and he will not let you leave Udaipur..... Room was stinking and water was leaking in hotel and rooms Never recommend to anyone

Room Lights are too much low that we cant recognize dirt in the place. Room service is too much lazy, that ice cube will be delivered after 45 Minutes. Restaurant not taking order from Reception and Reception not taking any order or request. Spoiling whole virtue of Times Group and Ruining trip...

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Dont go by the rating.The money robbing management kept changing their words every now and then who ended up charging us extra 2k. The manager told 5500 for two days on WhatsApp and when I called for negotiation he agreed for 5000. I paid the advance and told the balance amount will be paid at hotel. When I reached hotel, they said 5500. The manager claims that he never said 5000. When we paid complete amount for two days while checking in, later on the following day while checking out they said it is past check out time and charged extra 1k. One of the most money minded and word changing person I have ever met. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ambience was just a 2 out of 5. Rooms have untidy blankets and walls have paints which are falling off. I have attached the call log too, on jul 21st he confirmed on call that the amount is 5000. The person in the picture is one of the most rude and a person who doesn't stand on his words. He could not swear that he did not say 5000. He knows he's wrong but his money minded brain showed his conduct.
