we the family of 5 persons booked this hotel for two days 4&5 April 2022 . we had a very good hospitality and a little more than expected welcome .We had good quality of food. good taste and hygiene too. it's rooms are well maintained , staff is very caring and trained . it's a good hotel , value of the money. I recommend this property to stay in Banaras

Nice Ambience and Courteous staff. Room was big n tidy. Buffet spread was good. Food taste is good.over all a pleasant experience.Best hotel in Varanasi . It stands true to its name and brand. Excellent service and hotel room quality is great. Food is great in its restaurant.. in the centre of city so accessible to ghats. Provides cab services for ghats based on charges

Very great experience, very tasty food. And staff is also very understanding n supportive.Hotel is based at right place away from congested city. Weather is too good in lush green surrounding of Hotel.

The place is very well located wish the same could be said about cleanliness and food, a lot can surely be done for upkeep. Ram in House keeping department was really diligent with his work. My floor had some sewage smell issues so the room was changed to another floor which was far better that the one allotted to me earlier, I am sure they can make the place a success but it does require hard work not only from the management but also the front desk department, I really wish they were more concerned with the requirement of the Guest and their comfort as that only counts in the end. I was there for an event for 2 days , the safe was not working was provided after repeated reminders. I hope the review is taken into account and things are taken care off. You have a basic property in a great location with hard work some maintenance and great service you can really turn around the place hope you can be a game changer.

I checked in on 14 th April 22 and cheaked out 15 th April 22 , Worse experience, Very rude reception staffs, cheak in after 1 hr wait, charged Rs 2000 extra for a kid, reception staff was not interested in hospitality , he was totally intrested in age of kid so extra payment can be draw, dirty room , smoke smell was filled inside room Paid Rs 7100 for a small room The Amaya , the worse ever experienced Harikeshwar Pandey Room no. 607
