It was my first stay in Hotel Ajaya - Varanasi. They offer such a great stay to the all the travelers. Perfect place to stay with your family. Food quality was just awesome and staff was very polite. My Rahul personally called and confirmed that if we are facing any issue..we can highlight to him directly. Kudos Hotel Ajaya !!

This hotel is centrally located and near to (1.5 to 2 kms) famous Kashi vishvanatha temple.The room was neat and clean and service is good. Sri Annapurna veg. restaurant is just behind this hotel. Reception staff is very helpful in arranging morning aarati at the temple. nice place to stay

I am born in Varanasi and it gives me immense pleasure to mention that I am blessed to be a part of the cities rick cultural heritage. Okay I have never stayed in Varanasi beyond my summer vacations during childhood and now my work takes me far and wide but never Varanasi. However on one family trip of mine I visited Ajaya hotel as my uncle was stay put there. Here’s my observation – The hotel is in the hearty if the city. For the price we paid it was a steal of a deal. It’s a well maintained property and cleanliness is top priority however the only drawback that I could feel was that a little training to the staff on customer service can be a good idea. Am sure there won’t be any looking back.

We arrived Varanasi in the month of Sept'2017 during Puja vacation and thought to stay in Ajay Hotel, as we stayed there about 4 years back was then Ajay Guest House and liked the place and staff etc. But to our surprise that chas completely being changed. In place of Guest house it is renamed as Hotel and increased the tariff significantly.But the sad part is that the facilties are at a nadir stage. We have taken a double bedded A.C room, but initially A.C was not working then they changed the room and later we found that flush at W.C was not working in that room too. staff are untrained and unprofessional. no toiletries provided though the rent was quite high compare to the facility available. The food is also very much restricted and whatever they prepare will be served for lunch and dinner hardly any choice for the menu card displayed. Over all total disappointment at this time and will never stay in this hotel.

My wife and I had booked to stay here for 3 nights. When we arrived, they had clearly not received our reservation via the Internet. So after some time, they took us to our room. Now I must point out, this is a budget hotel. However, there a certain standards that even a budget hotel should try to abide by. When we got to our room, we found that the sheets were filthy. There were cigarette butts on the ground, so it was no surprise that the hotel also stunk of cigarettes. The toilet was insanely dirty and so was the bathroom. I have to admit the staff seemed really friendly but we were bitterly disappointed with our experience, so much so that we checked out immediately. I hope Ajaya look to Improve in these areas, so that other guests may have a better experience in the future.
