Location is excellent, about 20M from main Shivala Road, near to Shivala, Assi Ghats. Rooms are not cleaned every day, The AC in my room was not working but the staff kept postponing giving a different room. Had to put a lot of efforts for it. we stayed 2 days without AC. Breakfast is served very late around 8 30 AM, food is expensive and not to the mark. Some staff members are very helpful.

You are received with Hand sanitizer, temp check, followed by Hot cup of tea which is excellent. Location good, has sitouts etc. Provide towels, soap & shampoo sachets. When it comes to providing hot water- as usual this hotel is also a useless one. Can't provide it stayed at 103 - 105. When you are taking your old family members for performing pooja/pinda samarpan avoid this hotel during winter. A good property not maintained well. None of the plug points works for even charging your mobile. Since this hotel was booked by my travel agent M/s Subhyatra @Chennai I am not sure what the deal was.

Very bad services in this hotel we have book a exicutive room but they gave us room with a single bed in night we asked for hot water in night they said that they won't give us . I would suggest don't go in this hotel. Zero star from my side

Two night stay and I knew the hotel in-and-out. They charged 3300 for the first night (no free breakfast) and for a queens room.. the booking was done on MMT. There was a visit by PM on the first night stay and hence no rooms... Second night I paid Rs.3000 for the same room!!! but this time Limited breakfast, lunch and dinner.. The buffet breakfast on the first day was pathetic.. Poori sabzee.. that is all!! Second night stay had some generator problem and they did not change my room.. even when they knew about the problem.. My emergency light kept flickering throughout the night and even till checkout on the next day.... The hotel charged me for one plate of poori-sabzee even when I took 3 pooris...FREE BREAKFAST!! The GM at Front office insisted that I pay for the non-eaten stuff too.. Worst Hotel. Totally avoidable.. The room tariff -- Queen Size - 1900 Suite Room-3000 Some more categories but very poor regard for the customer.. Not recommended at all

It was really sad shocking and depressing to see the hospitality you guys are offering I did not know that even after such healthy conversation with the team on call the experience could be a disaster If you can not provide even hot water for bathing or a cup of tea in the breakfast then why are you guys running hotels Such a shame So much of drama to not provide the room we booked by shutting down the full electricity No food at the breakfast no tea just small peices of vada and chutney . No courtesy to help the old aged couple Why are you a part of hospitality industry . We had to get an instant transfer just to stop our trip from being spoilt Hopeless
