The location of the property is very beautiful. Nearby to the junction n city..Overall complete staff is very professional n helpful,they always try to cater you in best possible way. Cleanliness,basic hygiene is properly taken care..Rooms are beautiful n spacious ! Food quality, taste everything is amazing...I would highly recommend this property ...Best wishes to the complete team !!

Rivatas by Ideal and owned by Amayaa groups is one of the best hotels I have been to. The rooms are big enough to accommodate 3 people easily (usually it becomes congested due to extra bed but it was certainly not the case here). View outside was stunning with opening to Toyota showroom. The housekeeping staff was good and timely cleaned the rooms providing with top notch services. Sanitization was also proper. Food was excellent. They had the best multigrain wheat bread I have ever tasted. We got treated with good behaviour with excellent food and live counter for a few dishes was also there. In terms of both quantity and quality I loved dining in with the restaurant. All the cuisines were well maintained. Mr Tiwari the manager heading the dining was amazingly courteous. Totally satisfied with all the services. We must would like to revisit Rivatas..

Must admit that this was not my first choice and I went by the reviews on the net and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I must say that the staff was good and courteous. The room was good, small things such as the coffee maker (I use it to boil water) were as good as new. The extra water I keep asking for was not charged. There is a single swimming pool 4 Feet deep which is nicely maintained (though I did not swim). These are small things but show the focus an eye for detail. The buffet was decent and as I visited during the election season I happened to see some noted news anchors and their crew in the breakfast area. Most of the hotels are in the Cantonment area and this one is no different. Overall good experience

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night while visiting Varanasi and found this to be a fairly good hotel with spacious room with spacious toilet and having all necessary amenities. Food at its restaurant was also good. However spread during buffet breakfast would do well with more items being offered. Staff members were courteous and well behaved. A few things need attention. At midnight while going to bed, we could not find switches to put off bed side lights and had to contact reception to be informed that switches are hidden behind the bed mattress. This we found to be weird.

My wife stayed in this hotel 10-14 April 22 for an event. She checked in by providing her ID etc. On 11th April, while she was away from her room, couple of suitcases and bags were pushed into her room without her permission. 2 of the hotel staff decided to shift her stuff from her room without asking her. Her garments, toiletries, and makeup items were brutally stuffed in her suitcase and some of the items got broken also. Meanwhile, while they were doing this mischief my wife came back to the room and told them to go away. She was completely shaken by the behavior and action of the hotel staff. Mr Khan, Manager was called and to her surprise, Khan was smiling as if nothing has happened! Even none of the hotel management bothered to send an apology note for rude behavior and action. This hotel is not recommended for Single Lady..
