    Room was very clean and properly sanitized. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Foods quality is also very good and hygienic. I will highly recommend this hotel if you have a plan to visit Varanasi with family.

    Nice Hotel staff, hotel room condition is good 0.5km to Vishwanath Temple and 0.4KM to deswameagh Ghat, you can pick autorickshaw outside the hotel entrance nominal charges Ghat and temple is walking distance once in Varanasi eat breakfast outside at local shop Kachori with aloo sabzi and jalebi

    Location of the hotel divine destination is best. hotel is in the heart of the city near the Dashmesh Ghat/ Kashi Vishvanath Temple. The Rooms are quite small but food was good. manager and the staff of this hotel was very supportive and polite.

    We booked two rooms based on their top class website and reviews, all proven deceptive. The rooms had no windows: dark, smelly ones. The wardrobes/cupboards full of dust, fans male noise like ghost movies, bathroom drainage has huge swarms of inspects that spread all over the bathroom when you open taps or flush, very unhyginic. No amount of complaining works with counter staff. Good sub staff for Porter service, Resturant at 6th floor is reasonable and serves acceptable food quality. Huge NO, NO.

    Worst hotel. Vague hotel policy. BOOKING ID - HTLH82P9SQ. Hotel staff of poor behaviour and don't know how to talk to a lady. Considers different district in UP as local Id. Filling a case in consumer court. Hope the get the notice soon
