And the food is so delicious
Overall this is the best and well mannered hotel in varanasi region i loved there well mannered staff and there service next time surely iām going to select this hotel only for my next trip in varanasi ā¤ļø

We stayed for 1 night and it was a good experience. Room was good. The location is also good as it is near railway station. I recommend asking for mineral water as I encountered mosquito in freshly filled water jug, though they claim they have RO system for water. It might be one off case, but still risky. The morning breakfast was also okay. Overall if you are looking for a night's sleep, good budget hotel near train station.

We booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip because Of Name āGrand Continentalā but it is just misleading people by his name .
Rooms , satires , passage are dirty ,cloths , plastic bottles are there are stairs . called manages to clean it after half an hrs they send a their people to clean it.
Washrooms are full of soap Mark , yellow spots on walls and tiles . No body there to listen guests .
I would suggest not to book this hotel it is just wastage of our hard earn money .
Over alll it gives you feeling like you got cheated .

Booked through Goibibo. Worst experience. They don't know what is minimum hospitality requirement.
They did not provide us towels, drinking water even after multiple requests. Even other guests were complaining for the same.
They should stop offering Complementary breakfast as the food is worse than a road side eatery.
No response when you call for room. You have to go to the reception everytime.
All the rooms are of same quality and are below standard. The categories mentioned are just for pricing. You may find tea maker but not tea bags, milk powder, sugar. You may find A.C., T.V. but out of order.
Tired of writing negative words. I wonder how they list such properties in their websites without checking the facilities. Such listings should be removed.
I have pressed 1 star as the app won't provide for zero or negative.

Booked two rooms through CLEARTRIP for 14th. March 2016 for my brother in law & family. The gentleman sitting at the reception refused to entertain the bookings. On contacting helpline of CLEARTRIP they tried to discuss the matter with the hotel people but they refused even to talk to them. Finally the guests were accommodated to a nearby hotel. To add insult to injury,CLEARTRIP arbitrarily deducted Rs.1250.00, for each room ,from my wallet, the cash back, against these bookings. After a number of calls to the helpdesk of CLEARTRIP , in spite of assurances, the matter has not been resolved. Both Hotel Grand Continantal & CLEARTRIP should be avoided.
