The stay was really good i loved the rooms and service. all the rooms were clean and hygienic and at last but not least beautiful and well furnished. The location is what's fantastic literally you need to spend no penny staying at the hotel as all the things are within walking distance as Vishwanath temple and Ghats will surely recommend everyone to give a try.

The hotel is very good located near the temple and ghat it has very good rooms and maintanance servic the food is good and has free parking the hotel has rooftop service which looks beautiful at night the building has a new white classy look that gives u a silent and lovely environment will surely recomend

I had booked hotel for myself and my family. The room which was committed to provide and price charged for the room was quite different room the room actually provided and it was a substandard room. But the price charged for the higher grade room. Behaviour of front desk staff was very rude and their attitude is just like they are showing mercy to you by way of providing room. Even for getting drinking water in room you have to wait for 4 hours and make minimum 6 calls. Only positive thing of the hotel is its prominent locations, but due to traffic restrictions in front of the hotel you have to carry luggage on your own till Girja crossing for getting communications. I would request other travellers not to choose the hotel. There are many hotels in Varanasi and not to be trapped in the hotel.

Room Quality - Below Average Cleaniliness - Pathetic Behaviour - Very Rude Threatful Bathroom - No Geyser Installed Room Service - Dreadful Food Available - No except Tea You have to drag the entire baggage from road to their hotel as their hotel is situated in no entry zone so no car rickshaw or other vehicles are allowed. Lift - Works sometime We have to stay with the dirty bed cover pillow cover for entire three days, they haven't got it changed. Bathroom Accessories - Nothing, no towel, no soaps available. Senior Citizen Friendly - No ( as they have to climb stairs due to non availability of lift most of the time) So before booking kerp these parameters in mind.

I booked 2 rooms.Room service was poorest of poor.Even attempting several accept they don't did needful up to mark.At last I do not requested. While leaving hotel their manager behavior was horruable .They told will send on whatsapp. Why customer are not given bill while check out.? Even an hour I pre intimated.? Due to them I could not submit tour bill? These hotels should be stopped given booking ,only one staff mr Rahul was good .Laborious. ? I approached property thinking Oyo.... as service was wonderful when I last booked in Oyo? Don't book Prashant kumar Sr Manager PPGCL Bara Allahabad
