Stayed here with my fimaly for a visit to Taj Mahal. Very well maintained property. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Fully enjoyed different services like pool, children play area, games room etc.
Special thanks to Mr. Ramesh ji for his hospitality and providing free passes to Taj Mohotsav.

Nice rooms, garden, beautiful restaurant... The Mughal Room, thoroughly enjoyed the evening and dinner with a live concert, tasty breakfast buffet, ample parking space, helpful staff, close proximity to Taj Mahal and Agra fort.

Clark Shiraz probably has more space than other hotels in Agra. It has huge list of Infra Facility. The staff is also always eager to help. The only discomfort I faced was during dinner and breakfast buffets. There was space crunch and food items were not getting filled in timely manner. Quality was also moderate. I was told this happened due to Holi bulk booking and hotel was fully sold out. I hope to visit again in some normal days and will expect better experience here as well. Otherwise Location, facility and Hotel space every thing is great.

Unfortunate that I have to give one star as there is no option for zero star.This hotel claims itself to be a 5 star but the services are worse than a lodge.Staff is extremely rude and has no training on customer service.We ordered a birthday cake which came to our room after many reminders and then we are still waiting for a match box to light up the candles after almost half an hour.The AC was not working in the restaurant and when asked to put on they said it was switched off due to a request from another customer.While we understand that one needs to satisfy customer needs,however the solution needs to be mutual and not just a blunt answer like sir "doosre customer ko bhi dekna hai"!!!.We lost valet card and the security was like "I cant give you the car keys unless you get the valet card.After multiple escalations we finally got the car keys after giving our I'd proof.Someome seriously need to educate the staff on customer service and good communication.Just adding 5 star under your brand name does not make you a good hotel.Please work on improving your hospitality.
