Well Booked from Make my trip, was confused, selected right hotel or not, but when reach hotel, found Good.. enterance appearence was good..Good ambient. Well greeted by staff. When reach room was fully satisfied woth room condition, cleanin, maintained. attached the photos. Nice staff, Good Service

The best part is the location of this hotel. It is very well located in Navrangpura and there are quite a few shops and eating places around this hotel. Very decent and clean hotel - with great staff, who are always willing to help. The rooms are decently sized and offer good value for money. It is also close to the Sabarmati riverfront. Definitely recommended for stays.

we stayed there in first week of Dec 2019. includes 2 adults, 1 kid Pros: - Good location, close to some attractions like Sabarmati Ashram, Old city, Kankaria lake. Cons: - no view, it is basically a building next to other buildings. So don't expect much. - there were noises (perhaps boring machine, flush in toilet) during the night causing us disturbed sleep. - breakfast is frankly tasteless e.g. pohe, idli sambar. The only good thing we liked were fafda and tea. - no budget eatery nearby, other restaurants closer charge min 500-700 for two.

Really bad experience with bad attitude front office staff. If you are room booking with breakfast and diner than they have different menu and portion in restaurant , like gulab jamun everywhere in one portion is 02 pcs, but in packages only one, stupid management . if you are stay two days or more they repeated there choice dinner (veg). Please don’t book online. There many hotel in this price. Room Also not proper clean and wc cover, jet not fix. After inform also not done.

The room was filled with 20 to 25 cockroaches which were moving all over the place. The tray where the Tea, milkpowder & Coffee sachets were kept was filled with no less than 10 cockroaches. The spoon kept in tray was used spoon from previous guest stay still had milk powder sticking to it - gods know for how many days it was lying over there. I was just there for one night & I noticed this when I returned to the room late night. Since I was tiered I just went to sleep & the next morning when I informed the reception, he just casually nodded his head & did not even show any concern or offer an apology. This clearly indicated the front desk & room cleaning staff were used to these kinds of complaints from the guest & that it was nothing new to them. Will not give even 1star to this hotel for the unhygienic room & pathetic attitude of the front desk staff.
