    We visited this hotel the last month for official tour , staff was very good and gave excellent service . There was a great variety in food with super taste. Also the room was clean and comfortable , it has fantastic location for the people that visit the town for work . Hotel is in city and out of traffic issue .

    I stayed in this hotel with my friends for 2 days and had a great visit . Location is excellent mall of Amritsar is at front another side of road . All the corona guidelines were carefully followed by the hotel staff . The room were clean and tidy . Next time if I visit Amritsar then definitely will stay in the hotel

    Poor services, Rude Hotel Staff, Tasteless Food, Not Value for money.......these are the major characteristics of this property. Never ever book this property as they people dn't know how to talk to the customers, it was really very rude. The staff which was present at the Hotel Counter denied to everything which they committed to do at the time of booking. No toiletries were there in the toilet, No bucket - No Mug - No towels. Toilet gate lock was broken, Washbasin Tap was also broken.....Worst experience ever......I request u all Never ever book this hotel.......
