Visited Golden Temple recently with family and friends and made resewith CSJS INN, situated right next to back entry of the Golden Temple, this is the perfect place to stay for some divine & blessed Darshan's. . The rooms are very neat, clean and perfect to even get small kids along. Our's was a family room with a single bed and 1 double bed & we a family of 4, fitted perfectly. We had temple facing view . We had Golden temple facing room view. . Room service is good and Ms.Bhumika (receptionist) was kind, warm & helpful.

Very nice hospitality, Vijendra at the reception was very very helpful. We booked two premium rooms and one of our rooms was free to upgrade to an executive temple view room. Breakfast was limited but very tasty, Mixed paratha & Puri was served hot and was yummy. Mani the room service guy was too helpful. The shower pressure was very nice with 24 hrs hot water with modern international fittings. The bedding was perfect. Important everything was hygienic neat and sparkling. No complaints.. the best part the hotel is bang opposite the golden temple door. I Will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic location but poor service. Day 01 we booked room 201 ( temple facing) and next day because of full occupancy we shifted to 4th floor room no 402 . Room 201 is good large and temple view . Room 402 is very small , wash room stinks air not passing properly. Cleaning Service is terrible, hygiene is a major issue specially on the smaller/ cheaper rooms . Try not to book rooms with breakfast. It’s just 20 mtr from the Akal takt gate . So mid night also easily visit trample.

Absolutely disgusting attitude of Hotel Owner/Manager Mr. Thakur . On complaining sewage smell in bathroom he got aggressive quoting that no refund will be issued of full advance payment and kindly leave the hotel . It was very rude and unacceptable

1. Non cooperative staff 2. Worst management 3. Worst rooms 4. Rooms with rat 5. So called managing director is giving threats 6. D C Thakur ( MD ) is telling if you don’t check out on time i will throw you out of property 7. We gave clothes for laundry and saw that our clothes were kept on terrace flooring
