The service is very poor, even after ordering something u will get this after atleast 30 minutes. Staff are lacking of hospitality. I have change my room key 6 times during stay of 3 days. Although Buffet is good.

Its 12:38 AM, I get a call on the room landline. I am being questioned if I really checked in; what's my booking id, what name did I book it under.. I asked was it necessary to verify all this at this hour; the guy says - "obviously!"
I mean, when we checked in, they had copied our id cards, printed them and stapled it to some documents. Just maintain the data.
During the day, they had trouble keeping track of our orders.
I am not questioning intentions or the staff, its just that the management/systems seem to be really lacking/faulty.
I hope they upgrade it. We promptly left in the morning.
You don't want these kind of let downs when you are out on weekend to chill.
Shame though, I had really like the food. And the place was neat. May be you can drop in by for food.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room didn’t have any basic amenities the telephone wasn’t working. Toilet pipes were leaking. The receptionist was so rude it looked like we were staying for free. Please anyone who’s reading this avoid staying here

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.
We have booked 2 rooms for 4 people and
The lights in the room stopped working.
And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints.
No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System.
Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge...

Booked stay at Regenta Hotel - very first thing observed is too many mosquitoes. Yes it's in Bangalore city!
Front desk customer service is the worst, very unfriendly. not helpful at all!
only 1 towel provided even though it was Clearly mentioned the reservation we for 2 people.
Overall I'd give 0 stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!
