  • A hotel I'd recommend for the convenience and ambience

    Excellent experience. Clean and tidy. The ambience of the place is great, and the rooms and services are as advertised. All the services like AC, warm water, TV and WiFi were provided, and I have no complaints. It was a really comfortable and hassle free stay. The staff are also very amicable, especially the manager Mr. Mohit, who was always on call and who took care to make sure there weren't any issues or problems, which fortunately I didn't encounter in the slightest. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

    We were looking personally for clean and good hotels and found this hotel very cleaned compared to other similar rated hotels. We had stayed more than a week and service was very good. Staffs are nice especially Nishant is super friendly and nice guy. Thanks for everything.

    I am glad I came across this hotel My stay with family here was great experience Even though it’s not big capacity hotel it has all setup and amenities Staff is really helpful and friendly as well as flexible accordingly in case of any additional adjustments Rooms are really spacious with cleanest areas I have ever seen in any hotel yet. Food and room services at par Overall awesome experience I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and relatives Keep up the good work Only one suggestion to close the railing with glass or some other material just to be safer for kids in hallways Rest all good Thanks

    Very poor room service they started breakfast at 9 am with just a bread and dosa when we ask for omlette and tea it takes one hour for them to deliver , Very poor customer service just a small glass got broken they charged rs 300 it was written manual and charged . Whenever we request anything it takes time and always excuses saying they don't have staff . Poor breakfast and very disappointing service I never expected families or anyone please don't choose this hotel. My date of stay from 13 to 16 december

    Everything was good except money minded people who charged me 1000 for 4 hrs early check in, I gave 6000 previously for 2 nights. I checked out a day early after talking to reception where they told they will check me out from system but didn't. Beware
