Very helpful and professional staff. everything was structured properly. while checking out i had forgotten to take my money kept in the safe. they very professionally handled the situation and returned me the money after authenticating that it was mine.

Good stay, value for money. We have booked 2 rooms and our purpose was Manipal hospital. It was near from hospital but most importanly the hotel staffs were really understandable and helpful at the same time. I must mention Mr. Murley's name at the restautent. He went extra mile for every single day.

It was my corporate visit at this hotel, its beautiful and grate. the staffs are very friendly behavior and a lavish hotel to stay. Foods are also very good. They take care all of there guest very well.

Everything was good, they upgraded my room too. Only thing that they should do is to keep min 1 litre drinking water bottle in room every day. Breakfast items were good too. In room dining service took a bit

Great place, poor hospitality. Poor maintainance. I stayed there for 4 days, hand wash and shower gel was not there from day one. I wanted to check if they will fill without informing, But nope. Hospitality should improve a lot.
