We conducted our annual meeting at Golden Palms from 21-23 Feb 2022 and it was a super success. The property is very well maintained including the landscaping, swimming pool, rooms, restaurants and meeting halls. Food was fabulous and service excellent. The staff right from Sales, Front Office, Banquets, Housekeeping were very professional and extremely accommodating to all our requests. Congratulations and thanks to the entire team and looking forward to visiting again. Keep up the great job team 👍🏻

My family enjoyed the stay and the rooms are very clean. Room service and staff are very good. I would like to say a big thank you to Paramesh @ the restaurant. Great hospitality and service from him and we really enjoyed the food.
Room not available and ready at arrival

We reached at the resort and need to wait for 2 hours for getting the rooms. There were rooms not ready and available and ready and have to wait for almost 2 hours. Resort has indoor games and limited out door games. Will post complete review after staying.
Terrible experience - with the Deluxe Suite Room

Had a terrible experience after upgrading ourselves to a Deluxe suite - There was no hot water in the room, the room was damped, dusty and the carpet smell's terrible. Raised a concern, even sent an email to the reservation team about our issue but all in vain. There is no response. In the restaurant their staffs were clueless about the service, they don't clear tables after the first guests finishes their BF/lunch/Dinner. If you are someone who don't like to be the first to the restaurant, don't be surprise if you see dirty tables all around and please expect to stand and eat your meal. The only good thing in the hotel really is the pool and the space. Apart from that there is nothing great.

we take a stay cation every three months. 1. Food : extremely expensive . We had to have dinner and breakfast outside. 2. Property: average 3. Housekeeping: improper, hairs were there all over the sofa and other places. When shown to housekeeping staff they quickly removed it. 4. Front desk: non helping and not flexible. We wanted to extend our package for including dinner and breakfast but no flexibity was shown to customers and they were insisting on full charge as the booking was done through online site.
