I spent about 3 weeks here for a vacation and a wedding. If you’re looking for comfy accommodations in North Bengaluru, White Castle is a wonderful choice. This room and suite are clean, the AC works well, and the service is great. I could get my space cleaned every day if I wanted to, and their laundry service was fast (about a 24 hour turnaround on weekdays). Many thanks to Suresh and Manju for keeping the place clean and mosquito-free, which I’m sure is difficult in this city. The room service menu is also quite expansive, so if you’re dealing with belly issues, they have you covered. I felt safe as a solo woman as well. I’m not sure what this place was like pre-COVID, but right now, the hotel doesn't seem to have many people staying in it. Things feel very calm. The guests that I do see tend to be Indians from other parts of the country on business trips. It also seems that they stopped allowing cooking or microwaving in the kitchenettes after COVID. A few notes for Americans: - This is a great hotel, but it’s still in India and infrastructure problems still exist. The WiFi can be spotty, the power goes out a few times a day, and tap water is not to be trusted. They give you free bottled water though. - I’m Chinese American, so I got a lot of curious stares from the other guests because of how I look and speak. If you’re a nonwhite American, be prepared for some looks of confusion anywhere you go in Bangalore. - The doorbell, the streets, the cars, and anything else that can make noise will do it about ten times louder than what we’re accustomed to. Get used to it.

Really it's a great location, pleasant and very clean rooms. Very comfortable and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone. Front desk staff is extremely efficient and helpful. Thanku.

Good service, comfortable and clean room, staff are very helpful and friendly, feel like at home, foods are very delicious and hygienic. if wanted to travel at Bangalore, i recommended this White Castel for your stay.

The rooms and the amenities are amazing but the service is really poor. We (2 elderly, 2 adults and 2 kids) were at Bangalore to attend a wedding. The hotel was booked by the bride's side for us. We were shown a room on the first floor initially, we looked around and saw that iron box and glasses were present in this suite, the hall and dining area was very clean and tidy but one of the rooms ( it was kind of a suite with 2 bedrooms, a hall cum dinning and a kitchen) were not cleaned after someone had stayed in it, mind you this is was after all our luggage was placed in the room. They said it was a misunderstanding and they would give us another room. We were taken to the second floor and the room again was very clean and tidy. Everything was good but we saw the iron box and glasses were missing. We called the reception and asked for the same but no go. We were supposed to go to the venue for the engagement ceremony and had to iron our clothes but till the last moment we didn't get it after me physically going to the reception and requesting for them. When we were about to lock our rooms to go to the venue did they provide us with an iron box but no glasses (my kids are too small to drink directly from a bottle). While submitting the keys i again reminded them but when we came back still no glasses. I went out and bought 2 glasses. Also, we called to know the menu for evening snacks. The restaurant said give us 5 mins and we'll call you with the menu. 40 mins and no calls. I had to call again and got the same dialogue... But this time the called back in 5 mins. It's like they keep forgetting your request. I understand that hotels are under staffed due to current situation and i absolutely do under a delay in service but this is a complete failure. The other guests fro km the wedding had similar or better experience.
