This is first time I booked Richy Regency through booking.com in Bhubaneswar. The location is good. The behavior of staff is excellent. Got tasty food from the restaurant. The overall experience is good.

i had booked through online mode via Oyorooms. breakfast was included but they didn't provide . irresponsible. Behaviour of staff was very rude .overall,it was a complete good and another time very good hotel .

The rooms were okay. What was the most disappointing feature was their morning breakfast. It was served close to 9 am whereas most of the hotels in India serve by 7.30-8 a.m. Also the breakfast when served sucked as it consisted of bread toast, upma (the worst I have seen) and sambar (it was actually a poor excuse for sambar with enough water to drown Bhubaneswar!)

This hotel is 20/25 mins away from airport and railway station. I booked this hotel through booking.com and it is part of OYO. I arrived at night and easily checked in. One of the associate guide me to my room and shows be around but the room linen were in bad condition. It was not been changed from previous booking it had lipstic marks and dirty pillow. Bed head board was broken. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. Bath Room supplies were provided like soap and sampoo only no towel. It was really hard to amend the booking as i have to leave two nights before and i have to call OYO to amend the booking. I spoke with OYO call center personel but they could not able to amend so at last i paid for all booked nights and i left as i had to catch a flight. Hotel staffs were really helpful. I requested to keep my lauggage for few days which they kept safly. It was really furstating to call OYO 3/4 times and they keep puting on hold for 8/10 mins and al last they didnt help just to amend the booking.

The hotel is very big. And the charge is very less. The banquet hall and the restaurants are big. Rooms are less spacious though. But no complains keeping the price tag in mind. Kudos to the management team.
