Good place at a budget price.staff is very cooperative and market is easily accessible from here. Good place with good facilities and cooperative staff. Food is also good and they provide good room service

The room I stayed in seemed to need an upgradation, for the money that they charge! The bathroom had a foul smell for most parts of my two nights stay. Noise/voices from adjacent room could be clearly heard and that was surely a disturbance. NO POWER BACKUP! Imagine that while you are getting ready for an important outing. On my final morning there, there was no water coming from the taps. Waited for around 15-20 mins after complaining, and they asked to wait for another 10 telling the tank got empty! Why wouldn't they keep a check on that? Though the staff was courteous, with a well responding behavior. They just need to better up their services.

We had an agent who booked this hotel for us. the agent was tripexplorer.in run by Arun Christe. 2 point advice 1. Do not hire an agent to do your booking.. EVER. Today, you have options in goibibo makemytrip and many more RELIABLE online sites who can do your booking for you. 2. The hotel Orbit has bad rooms- unfinished, there were bugs, bathrooms were stained and dirty. It is better to stay at your homes than to stay here. Please avoid it... i always grimaced when i entered their bathrooms One word- PATHETIC

I and my spouse checked in on 1st December afternoon and were shocked to see the rooms full of filth, long hair lying on the bed and floor, a stinking dustbin, a bedsheet clad with blood and no hot water to get freshen up etc etc. And the height of callousness could be evidenced when the housekeeping guys were just cool on the red spots on the bedsheet. The guy just nodded and said despite they washed it, the stains are not going so what can they do? The manager said he shall arrange to replace it. On hot water needs, we were stunned to learn that this so called 3 star facility offered to place a bucket of hot water. Even I spoke to the General Manager of hotel who was also very casual on above complaints and he arranged a room change. Our woes didn't end even after shifting to another room. It appears that the hotel is given to local couples in order to make a quick buck and the management is happy to get that sort of clientele. This is the reason as to why the hotel is not worried on escalations even to the General Manager level. May God save other genuine guests from the nightmarish experience which we had to go through.

Worst experience. Hotel is In a mess.bedsheets torn..bathrooms not working.it was a transit stay for us and had to stay....please opt for some other hotel.we changed 2 rooms n still we experienced similar fate in both 1st n and 3rd floor rooms....
