Cute and cosy room with good food and prompt personalized service. Direct access to Chennai airport with minimum of traffic snarls and located in a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood with free wifi connectivity in rooms. Uber and Ola also available at site even at wee hours. Highly recommended for a Great stay👍

It's a pleasure to stay in season 4 Residences Gest house. The staff is very kind and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And its very good location in Chennai. We really enjoyed the staying in season 4 residence thank you

Not a 3 star hotel as mentioned in most of the websites. The hotel is in a remote area and access to the hotel is quite difficult. Not a value for money. Complimentary breakfast is very basic and not great.

Hotel is located at 2km interior area from main road. Even uber or ola driver couldn't find the way from main road. Most of guests of hotels are visitor or exhibitor for Chennai trade centre. Even hotel don't provide transport service to trade centre which is just 2 km far away. If ask for same, they charge Rs. 150 for 2km. It is so disgusting. They serve limited menu for dinner and breakfast. But be sure, you have to book your dinner before 7 PM and they are taking 2 hours to serve it. In morning breakfast, they serve just one dish like puri-bhaji and masala Chana and paratha. Very limited menu for dinner and surprisingly they don't serve south Indian food, while hotel in Chennai. No easy accessible, Bad for service. Once reach to hotel in evening, you couldn't dare to come out just to buy biscuit packet because there is nothing around the hotel. Surprisingly Treebo give a license to such type of a hotel and ruin their name.

It was terrible experience at Treebo Trend Adin Residence. We will never suggest this stay option for other travelers due to below worst experience. 1. Housekeeping was not done regularly and we found lot of dust and stains everywhere. In spite of many reminders to the manager, the rooms and common passages were remained dirty and stinky. 2. Water in the bathroom was smelling so bad and that too contaminated and totally unhygienic. 3. Common passage door was locked and the manager had no other option to open it. The manager said that he has no duplicate key as well to unlock it. 4. The Access Card to open the room were not working many times and the manager finally gave us a master key to keep it with us. It was really embarrassing when we could not open the door when we were in hurry. 5. The manager told us that the cook is on leave for some days (unfortunately during our entire duration of stay there for one week) hence we have to manage the b'fast ourselves. Finally he managed somehow with other options however the b'fast was irregular and not in time. We used to give lot of reminders for B'fast and even for drinking water. It caused lot of inconvenience and trouble to my family. 6. The manager had poor accounting of payable things like Drinking water bottles provided to us etc. caused unnecessary arguments with the manager and it was waste of money and time. 7. Rude and bad behavior of the hotel manger caused the distress to my family. 8. There were hell lot of mosquitoes in the hotel and no action was taken by the manager to prevent them. In spite of lot of reminders, the manager did not provide the mosquito repellent in the room.
