    Really loved the post COVID trip to Floressa. Not for a second did I feel unsafe. Very courteous staff and they cleaned everything time and again. Secure place to stay in the current times. Awesome that it is right next door to SRMC where my done studies. Absolutely recommend it

    Two days back we have stayed this hotelRoom type( Randa Residence)neat and clean hotel with all carona rules.in my room two split ac and two led tvs 'microwave oven'two Fridges'and all cooking items in the room.good buffet breakfast.overall good service apartment

    Stayed at Floressa Randa for 2 days. Starting with the single con I observed, the hotel is located in a rural area sort of interior from the main road and accessibility was a problem due to metro construction resulting in high traffic. Other than that everything else was good, excellent room service, excellent room maintenance and cleanliness, good variety, taste and quality of food from the restaurant available at pretty decent prices, good WiFi speed etc. Complimentary breakfast buffet had very few options, but the quality and taste was good, so worth including it as part of the stay package. Location and accessibility is the only problem, and I am giving a 4 star rating just because of that, otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

    Very unpolite staff. Poor service. Location just beside a big dumping yard. Availability of cabs is difficult. Buffet breakfast options are very minimal and normal options. Need not call it a buffet at all. Over all not worthy of the money we pay.
