Crossway Parklane Airport Hotel

Good services in just one phone call the driver come to receive us within 15 mins from airport. The room was good and clean allow us to inspect the room before booking it. The food was good and the staff was very humble and polite to talk. I recommend this hotel to all.

Good hotel located in silent aera (noise free) staff is very very good . Treating customers carefull with helping handes. Food ( Average) Rooms are good espacily suite rooms neat and clean.Room cleaning every day with all necessary. Rest ok I really love this trip. I recommend to everyone stay in this hotel.

The hotel is in a very bad state. First of all it's right inside u pass slums and reach the hotel. The rooms smell,there are cobwebs and cockroaches in rooms. AC doesn't work. The bathrooms are bad. The staff is very rude. They have a excuse for everything wrong in the hotel they are not at all courteous. While having dinner at restaurant the manager told us to eat quickly as they are shutting down this would never happen when a guest is eating food in any hotel. Water was dripping from AC in which manager gv excuse that it works in 17degress higher temperature leads to ice formation and hence water drips.. horrendous experience...f You switch off the light and fan also goes off...so with AC not working we had to sleep with lights on so that there wud be some air from the fan. We stayed only for 7 hours but it was the worst experience for us. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

If there was a option of no stars i would give that, rooms are not neat, bedsheats are smelly, bathrooms smell like ditch water is flowing , breakfast was horrible... very bad experience and not at all worth the money

I visit crossway parklane to say I spend 4 nights the room was good but the amenity are not there I need to ask to bring then the complimentary break fast they are giving like something seriously I don't understand what happeing if don't say that break fast is included we can get nice food through ala card they served dosa my god my life I never and ever see like this dosa and chattni they àre all smart waiter 4 dosa small bowl of chattñi i dont know what happened that channti also nice Bleanded it's like tomato Çurry
