Brilliant hotel! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room they gave me was much more spacious than normal hotel rooms. The dining experience in J Hind was truly engaging and unique! I loved the entire stay.

No doubt about the quality of the property, taste of the food, hospitality of the staffs. Enjoyed thoroughly. Also there is a facility for airport support in case if you get delayed to check in. All the best

GRT once again proved worthy of our family's trust in their brand of hospitality. After an initial chaos caused by miscommunication which resulted in my 74 year old father being made to wait for his room to be ready (despite my having called and confirmed an early check in and paid extra for this last week), the duty manager Vikram managed to turn things around and smooth ruffled feathers. A pleasant stay despite the avoidable hiccup. Thank you, Vikram and Team GRT.

The hotel is located in the heart of Chennai city, and it is accessible to most of the attractions in Chennai, including Temples, Malls and Cinemas. The hotel management has adopted stringent safe distancing measures to ensure guests are served with a hygienic place to stay and dine. The in-room dining menu includes various options, including traditional South Indian, Western and Continental food. The complimentary buffet served in the hotel consists of many food items. We used the swimming pool for a short while before it was closed down for maintenance. Bodhi Spa provides extraordinary service to the guests. Thai Fusion Spa is a must-try. The front desk staff were amicable and accommodative. Check-in and Check-out formalities are hassle-free. A few trivial things to improve - We were initially offered a room for the guests with special needs. The toilet and the shower room could not be used. We requested a room change, and our request was honoured immediately. The shampoo and the shower gel dispenser were faulty.
