Hotel Royal Castle

Well i have no words to describe how pathetic the experience was with this hotel... Pathetic is also not enough to say how bad it was... To start with when we checked in after an entire day journey we were absolutely tired .... Later there was no hot water available in that room .... We had to. Freshen up with cold water ... We requested to fix up the gyser or change the room around 9 pm and after all the trials they changed the room at 12.30 am we were almost sleepy by that time.... Besides they dont even provide complimentary drinking water, there was no basic hair dryer provided... The room pantry did not even have coffee sachets and they dint even provide one with multiple request.... And the most ugly drama started the 2nd day when we wanted to check out early by 8, we woke up at 6 in morning to find there was no water, we were given false promises that u will get water in half and hour but to the utmost disappointment we were provided 2 buckets of water to freshen up at 10.30 am... They rate themself in the category of a 4 star hotel and dont even have a back up motor or something to provide water ... When everyone started to raise their voice to have a word with the owner .... The owner bluntly said " main kya karu agar bigad gaya toh" i dont think this is expected out of a 4 star hotel....
