It was a very pleasant to stay at Udaan woodberry, where staff of restaurnt were very much helpful and copperative with us. They serve pure vegetarian food ,and we preferred jain food and it were very tasty. 5 out of 5. Mention goes to Arup,Shristi,Tashi,,dawa and others restaura t team for helping us with jain food. Need to improve desserts only. Highly recommend this hotels to those who are visiti g Gangtok,Sikkim

I AM ROOM RENT PAID MY ONLINE SO I HAVE NO OPTION.

Car parking is not available , room charge is very high but service is very poor .Breakfast quality is medium, RESTAURANT SERVICE IS VERY SLOW ,HOTEL IS OUTSIDE OF CITY. THERE ARE TAXI SERVICE IS VERY SLOW
Theft. Money/cash half a lakh stolen from room. manager and staff responsible.

worst staff, half a lakh(foreign currency stolen from room/luggage) Arup (7001776017) Bhutiya (77193368421) involved in theft. no contact with property owners was given for complaint. no video clip was shown for investigation.
