Awesome hospitality. MG Marg is at walking distance from hotel.nice view of Gangtok City from restaurants Nathula and room.stay is very comfortable and staff are very friendly. They serve very tasty food.

Everything from room to food was excellent. Absolutely loved it. Beautiful experience and location. Room was very big and spacious. View was awesome. Food was very tasty. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was also very good and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The location is good, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The view from our room which was a valley view room was nice. The room was big and spacious. The toilet and its fittings could have been better. The staff were very courteous and well behaved. On my request they provided a valley view room. Food is good, the breakfast buffet had lot of options but it would be great if they could add some local dishes in the menu. The walk to MG Marg requires a steep uphill climb which is quite unsuitable for elderly people. People with walking problem will need a taxi. Kanchenjunga peak was visible from the hotel ground. Overall it was a nice stay

New property, central location, very good rooms, BUT...... First the good -- we booked this place for our first family trip to Sikkim. weather was still good with minimum temperature in single digits. Hotel is located right in the center of Gangtok, just few minutes walks to MG road. Rooms are spacious, linen perfect. We were put up on top floor with excellent views. Service staff friendly and that's where the good ends. From the movement we checked in the lifts were not working and we had to climb the stairs to the 5th floor and the lift did not work till we checked out ! So all thru the stay we had to use the stairs ! Next major problem bathroom had no hot water for bathing again till the time we checked out it did not work ! The staff tried supplying water in buckets from ground floor, but that did not work. Tried getting managers/supervisor contacts, but to no avail, it was the reception staff who were trying to solve, with management hiding somewhere! During checkout I wanted complete refund but after lot of arguments, they just provided part discount for the last day room rent ! Complete mismanagement of a potentially a good hotel. SO IF YOU ARE BOOKING ONLINE BETTER GET ASSURANCE THAT LIFT IS WORKING AND RUNNING HOT WATER AVAILABLE!
