The hotel is near to mg Marg and staff are very polite and professional and budget friendly , receptionists bhavana and Richa are very helpful it has restaurant and rooftop bar facilities available, I will visit again surely

The hotel and room service is excellence,room was very cleaned. We really like the hotel,the staffs are very helpful. The lady Ms. Richa were very well behaved and help us whenever required. I really thanks Ms. Richa for the beautiful hospitality and personal care is excellence,it was a memorable stay because of her.

Centrally located near to mg marg. Hospitality was exveptional and professional especially The person whom i met Ms.Richa Rai,she is diamond of the team gem of a person. So humble and down to earth. Epitone of customer service. If you have employees like her your chain of hotel will definitely be no.1 always in gangtok. Whenever i reached to her any difficulty she was always with smile and resolved everything instantly.

I travelled alone and i feel safe and the staff was very welcoming the food was good it is near road.. Room was cozy and neat just reception staff need to smile more overall everything was good food menu need to change in daily basis... Ms. Richa was so helfull and Ms. Sukran service

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel which is situated just 300 mtrs away from the MG Road (heart of the city) if you take stairs, staff is very courteous. Roams are goods and you get everything here.Ms.Rocha front office Ms. Sukrani Service are very much kind and helped me though out the stay
