The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Our stay got so much better because of the hospitality we got here. A special mention to Mr. Deepak Yadav, who works at the restaurant at Fern and i would rate him 10/10. I would definitely recommend the hotel for my friends who visit Goa. Room service is great 9/10 Food is good 8/10 Ambience is great 10/10

My stay at hotel was pleasent. Hotel staff was very supportive, they take care of all your basic needs essential for a stay in a new city/State. Hospitality was very nice. It recommend to stay at fern whenever you visit Goa for a business travel

I've visited 7 or 8 times. The restaurant staff (Mr. Dipak, Samantha, Bikram and Shubham) alongwith Trainees (Mr. Babloo and Ms. Saroj) are very cooperative and excellent service they have provided. Even though front office staff Mr. Bill and Imrul are very friendly. Food was good. Room was clean. Office drop included in my stay and the guy Mr. Pravin (Cab driver) was also excellent in service. Overall a very pleasant stay at Fern Kesarval. Will definitely suggest to others.

We stayed at the Fern Kesarval Hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of Jan 2022 and it was a great experience. The hotel is only 20 mins away from the airport. We stayed in Winter Green Premium rooms and the rooms were very nice, modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant had amazing food and reasonable prices on food and Alcohol. The staff was very helpful all the time and addressed all our requirements promptly. We had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Imrul, Bablu and to Ajay Singh (Ops Manager).

I wanted to Thanks to Mr Ajay that kind of managers you have Mr. Kalidas f&b manager he was fantastic excellent service skills he made my holiday superb & his team sorry Kalidas & your team i take pictures with my hubby mobile I it was fall in water... I was so upset. Breakfast was good & specially gala dinner & set up for couples whooooo on 31 night I am happy & my hubby. I will suggest to all my friends and family & others Because just visit this property whooo . Near by airport, cool & silence please,food and service to express, fron office was supporting, house keeping clean & neat.. Love you guys....... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
