    From starting in front office one lady (soniya) She don't know how to treat the guest and I don't know wht see think other wise hotel was good food also good and plz property owner plz look after dis plz

    I wish I could rate them 0. First they denied booking from yatra, whereas it was confirmed ! Then when we started moving out they denied refund too. Almost everyone has been fighting with them on reception while checking in or checking out. You cant have peace while staying in this place atleast for sure ! We feel like cheated and wasted money as well as very precious time ! Worst- they dont think that guests at all can enter into the property , even after showing iD cards as other 5 or 7 star properties including govt ones.

    The most pathetic and awkward hotel seen in my travelling experience.Even i was checking 2 hours later still room was not ready,no water bottles given no courtesy at all.Room was smelling as well.Never ever opt for it.only purpose it solve is nearness to beach but there are many other options as well and 100% better than this.And not gave me the room i choosed.Hospitality ratings zero and food was only thing that was ok.

    Not recommended! Please read this before booking.. 1. Bedding, linens, towels were stinking and not fresh. When asked to change they gave another ones that were torn and stinking. 2. Staff is rude and hospitality is zero. They don't know how to talk to their customers. 3. Breakfast option is limited and tasteless. 4. Basic amenities in the room were lacking. 5. They gave us a list of rules and to sign them as if we are not aware of the basic hotel mannerism. Which they should sign in fact! 6. Insects and caterpillars in the room. Moreover, we have paid 14,200 for 2 nights for this pathetic hotel. Wasted my money. Just don't book this hotel looking at that pool view it's just a trap!

    Worst experience..untidy rooms, no one to answer calls at reception, no service..had to struggles for even basic facility like water and towels..had to struggle for even tea...gloomy and smelly rooms..
