Worst overall experience while check in itself - baki God Knowsmmittal2000 FamilyMar 19,2022I wish I could rate them 0. First they denied booking from yatra, whereas it was confirmed ! Then when we started moving out they denied refund too. Almost everyone has been fighting with them on reception while checking in or checking out. You cant have peace while staying in this place atleast for sure ! We feel like cheated and wasted money as well as very precious time ! Worst- they dont think that guests at all can enter into the property , even after showing iD cards as other 5 or 7 star properties including govt ones.
