I enjoyed our stay at Ginger Dona Paula with my family. Support staff and Manager Mr Sudhir are very friendly and co-operative. Very good food and service ..Arif,Fransis take good care about your food choices. Chef Rakesh is very friendly..he took very good care of my Son's food choices during our stay for 4 days. Location is very convenient to roam around both in North as well as South of the Goa. Rooms are well and offer pleasant views.

This vacation was best I could have asked for, amazing hospitality and amazing food, staff was good. Specially mr. Shetty he is gem any hotel could have, he guided us throughout.. and lady @ the desk was very warm welcoming and humble...thank you for making our vacation memorable...

The property is situated right next to Taj Resorts and convention centre. The rooms were pretty clean and service for very good. What was good 1. Clean room, spacious enough for a family of 3 need additional bed for the 4th one. 2. Desk with chair for work. Sufficient plug point which can accommodate almost all types of plugs. 3. Very friendly staff. Any request would be handled extremely fast and without any stress 4. Breakfast - considering the budget friendly hotel. 5. Location - Close to Dona Paula, Closeby supermarket and restaurants. What was NOT good 1. No elevator 2. No Parking (Security guards being extremely helpful in parking your car and keeping an eye so that there is no issue) 3. Rooms next to the stairs were very noisy especially when guest used to check in or come in late night. 4. No chairs in the balcony 5. Had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water to come still it wasn't hot.

This is newly developed property i a residential area which is very close to the main road but quite from inside. Value for money for a business traveler. I wish they had wider choices for break fast. The staff is very helpful . The best thing is - the staff is always serving with a smile. There is a small swimming pool as well .
