Group of friends visited at this hotel, service provided was very good also cleanness was well maintained. Restaurants were maintained with all hygiene, also all bathrooms at the room were clean and serviced daily

Stayed for one night as reached Madgaon in night and had to travel to Palolem. Nice big room, clean and tidy. Best hotel in Madgaon for a one night stay. Market is very close by, good food included. Would surely recommend

It very good to be in the city and every thing is very near by the hotel staff is very friendly and very professional , the room was cleaned up to the mark I did not try food but i wanted the room only to sleep at night for me it's ok but I wished breakfast should be little better.

Before booking the hotel I called on their number 083800 86724 and confirmed for balcony room, mini fridge, locker, breakfast. After confirming I booked AC executive double room. They confirmed that they serve continental breakfast. All this was confirmed in email too for the room I booked. Once I reached there I saw the entire hotel doesn't have a balcony. No fridge and locker in the room. When I asked they said only suite rooms have this. Since I said I want full refund and will vacate the hotel, they sent a mini fridge to the room. For breakfast they served puri chole, and next day alu parata(and they said they serve continental everyday) They had red velvet cup cakes which was chopped into pieces and served.T V doesnt work in the room. The guy at the reception said he will send someone to look into it, but never sent. Shower worked sometimes, and sometimes it dint. Anything I asked for which I had already paid, the guy at the reception said we dont provide this to executive rooms(though its mentioned in their site and yatra in room amenities for the same room) I could have booked a better place for that money. These guys lie to you abt all the facilities if you call them before booking. Only once you reach the place you get to know there is nothing. The wifi stopped working after few hours. The guy at the reception in the early morning hours is very rude and doesnt even look at you face while responding. Only one female receptionist was good and she was polite and was wearing mask. There is no room service or no food is served after 10pm even if you request them. The entire experience was worst and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I reached the hotel at around 7:00 AM initially the receptionist told me room is vacant and getting ready. Then at 8'00 o'clock he told me that sir please you adjust in 3 bed rooms as large bed room is not vacant. The person who arrived after me has been allocated room first. They did not even asked for water. No hospitality ethics to the staff and staff is not well behaved. They don't have time to listen to the guest. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't stay here.
